"I found an interest in acupuncture and the holistic approach to treatment, whilst recovering from an injury I received whilst serving in the British Army. In 2015 the opportunity arose to study Traditional Chinese Acupuncture at Wrexham Glyndwr University, so I gave up my job in logistics to study my passion and fuel my interest further".
Chris completed a three-year degree course, obtaining a first-class BSc (Hons) at Wrexham Glyndwr University. Since graduating Chris took the leap and made the decision to go self-employed and opened Target Acupuncture and Wellness in Wrexham.
Chris is experienced in the use of acupuncture in treating pain, stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia and many other conditions diagnosed or otherwise. He has a particular interest in Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder in Veterans and Emergency Services personnel.
Continuing professional development is a requirement of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and Chris actively attends further training throughout the year to enhance his skills and knowledge, thus providing the very best treatment for his patients.
